So there are two conflicting narratives going on: one that Vick, no matter what his superlative comeback means, is still a convicted felon and the other that what goes on on the gridiron should make us ignore his transgressions and only look at his amazing comeback.
I think the latter is true and I think there is some racism going on here. What he did was wrong but the cry for blood was over the top as dog fighting is commonplace in the South
